Mvix also utilizes a Dedicated Data Protection Officer who manages threat identification, maintains a principle of Least Privilege Access, oversees breach prevention, and processes incident responses.
CMS Security Protocols
All user passwords must fit character criteria to access the CMS. Passwords have automatic expirations and cannot use last used password. All user access and activity are logged as well.
Device Level Security
Device-level passwords contains a unique, strong, and secure password. Remote device access is protected via unique & strong secure credentials backed by two-factor-authorization.
Client Success Team
Mvix Client Success members are trained and informed on current security threats. Employees undergo background checks, activity logs, and regularly audited.
Data Encryption
All data is fully encrypted and subject to regular penetration tests across all servers, digital signage players, and communication in between.
