Install the Mvix Flex Digital Signage App for Samsung
Connect and power on your Samsung display to begin
Using your display remote, navigate the following menus to install the Mvix Flex app:

Select Custom App (URL Launcher on older Tizen)
Next, you’ll want to add the Mvix Flex app URL to the Custom App field provided by a Client Success Associate. If you do not have this URL, please refer to the Samsung Installation email or the bottom of this document on how to reach out to us.
Click the “Home” button on your Samsung remote
Navigate to “App management”
In “Install Custom App” enter the Mvix Flex app URL
Select OK
Once you have installed the custom app, you will need to reboot your device
If the app does not start automatically, select your “Home” button, and select MvixPlayer
Activate your device
The Mvix Flex app will load, then you will be presented with the activation screen:
Reply to the Mvix Client Success team with your Activation Code as supplied on screen to activate your license.
The Mvix Client Success team will review your activation details and set up your CMS account (as needed) along with your license registration.
This process is usually completed within 1 business day.
Once the license is activated, the app will update and begin playing Mvix sample content.

Your app setup is now complete, and you can access the Mvix CMS at cms.mvix.com using your account login credentials.
