Renaming your devices can help you to identify and distinguish between your devices. For example, it may be hard to remember which device number was installed in which location in your building. We suggest naming the device its location. In other words, if you have a device in a breakroom, name the device Breakroom. Another example would be to name your devices Lobby 1, Lobby 2, and Lobby 3 if you have 3 screens in your lobby.

• The first step is to hover over the "DEVICES" tab, and click "DEVICE LIBRARY".

• From there, hover over the gear widget and click edit.

• Once you have decided what you want to rename the Mvix device, click on the grey pencil located on the Device Information bar.

• Next, enter the new nickname for your device.

• Click Update to save the new device name.
