While we generally recommend using a wired connection as it is faster and more reliable, we also understand that this won't always be the case in some setups.
Thankfully, the Mvix CMS will allow you to adjust your Wifi settings directly from the Device Library. Simply follow the directions below to get it set up.
Important Note: Your BrightSign player must be plugged in via an ethernet connection during this process. This is due to your the CMS requiring a connection to your device before changing any settings via the cloud.
Note: Most wifi passwords are case-sensitive. As such, please ensure your password is entered exactly as it's set up on your router.
Before you install your devices, we recommend testing to see if the wireless connection is working and stable.
First, unplug the ethernet cable from your BrightSign player. Then, you can either:
